Where do I start when it comes to Realtor Lynda Session? When I first met Lynda, she made me feel as though I was her only customer. She took the time to explain the entire process to me and to answer all of my questions. Lynda is extremely patient and very down to earth (easy to talk to). As my Aunt’s conservator, I signed with Lynda to help me sell my Aunt’s property. The property needed a lot of work and Lynda helped me to find contractors to provide estimates. Most contractors are not available during the weekend and being that I live approximately 80 miles from where the property is located, Lynda so graciously offered to assist me by handling some of the appointments with contractors for me. Additionally, my Aunt had older vehicles that had sat in her driveway for years, that had to be removed; and once again, Lynda stepped to the plate and help me find junkyards and Towing companies that would assist with the removal; in addition to being present for those appointments. Lynda was always committed to providing the highest level of service and support during the entire process and said she would work to get the highest selling price for my Aunt’s property that she could… and that she did! Lynda showed up genuine, authentic, loyal; and transparent throughout the process. All while during the midst of her own personal tragedy (Eden Fire-loss of her home), she continued to show-up, ready and willing to assist in anyway.
